Delicious bean and quinoa burgers!

Directions

  1. Bring quinoa and water to boil in saucepan, reduce heat to med-lo. Cover, simmer until quinoa is tender and all water absorbed. About 15 min
  2. Roughly mash black beans with fork leaving some whole to get a paste consistency
  3. Mix quinoa, bread crumbs, peppers, onion, garlic, spices and egg into the black beans using your hands
  4. Form them into patties
  5. Heat olive oil in large skillet
  6. Cook until heated all the way through about 2-3 min per side.
