A spicy and tangy bbq to make your taste buds dance on your tongue. A great flavor and filling meal that will leave you satisfied.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut all potatoes into quarters.
- Cut onion in to quarters.
- In a large pot, add water and all seasonings, potatoes and onions, then bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add chicken.
- Boil until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Take chicken out of pot.
- While chicken cools. strain the stock into a bowl separating the potatoes and onions from stock.
- Place potatoes to side and put stock back in to pot on medium heat.
- After chicken cools remove all skin and bones and add back to pot and simmer for one hour.
- Pull the chicken meat into shreds.
- After shredding chicken, add 1 cup of BBQ sauce. Add more if needed.
- Serve on bread
- Take potatoes and mash then serve with Pulled Chicken BBQ.
