- Make your pasta sauce (if not store bought)
- Cook lasagna noodles
- Cook ground beef/ turkey
- Sautee veggies about 3/4 way through
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Lightly oil/ spray baking dish
- Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on bottom of baking dish
- *To layer it:
- 3 Cooked lasagna noodles
- 1/3 Part sour cream
- 1/3 Jar pasta sauce (or 1/3 of what you made)
- 1/3 Your choice shredded cheese
- 1/3 Shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 Cooked ground beef
- *Repeat*
- On last layer put the 1/3 of mozz on top
- Bake for 20-30 min or until golden brown
