Delicious layer upon layer of goodness! You can also make vegetarian if you like.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make your pasta sauce (if not store bought)
  2. Cook lasagna noodles
  3. Cook ground beef/ turkey
  4. Sautee veggies about 3/4 way through
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  6. Lightly oil/ spray baking dish
  7. Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on bottom of baking dish
  8. *To layer it:
  9. 3 Cooked lasagna noodles
  10. 1/3 Part sour cream
  11. 1/3 Jar pasta sauce (or 1/3 of what you made)
  12. 1/3 Your choice shredded cheese
  13. 1/3 Shredded mozzarella
  14. 1/3 Cooked ground beef
  15. *Repeat*
  16. On last layer put the 1/3 of mozz on top
  17. Bake for 20-30 min or until golden brown
