A love potion of Yah's beautiful blueberry creation. This cobbler will have you running for the cabinet and store for the list of ingredients so you can recreate this delightful and joyful dessert. Enjoy warm with a serving of whipped cream and a glass of eggnog. Definitely a dessert to warm up with on a chilly evening.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325f
  2. Put butter in round casserole dish and melt in oven
  3. Place all dry ingredients in bowl and mix well
  4. Add milk and vanilla
  5. Mix until smooth
  6. After butter is melted pour batter into center of butter *do not stir*
  7. Add fruit to center of batter *do not stir*
  8. Place in oven for 45-1hr20min
  9. Start brushing the sauce onto the crust after about an hour of baking
  10. Continue timer at 5 min increments and brushing every two cycles *this can overcook quickly*
  11. This one took me 7 cycles and in the 6th cycle I spooned the fruit around the crust and let it continue to bake until finished.
  12. Let rest for 1 to 2 hours or cooled at room temperature. Do not try to quick cool it will not set the butter correctly.
  13. ENJOY!
  14. Sauce:
  15. Heat pan to medium high heat
  16. Add blueberries
  17. Let blueberry juice to start to coat the pan
  18. Add Lemon juice and extract and mix well
  19. Keep stirring do not stop
  20. Add 1 tbsp butter and melt mixing constantly
  21. Add the sugars to the party and let it melt beautifully and let thicken
  22. Add white chocolate melting disks and watch the ooze turn into a purple love serum
