Snickerdoodley Choc Chip-less Cookies

Mouthwatering moist snickerdoodle cookies! I found this online and fell in love!

Ingredients

• 1 Cup butter, softened
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1 Cup packed brown sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 2 Tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Tsp baking soda
• 2 Tsp hot water
• 1/2 Tsp salt
• 3 Cups of flour
• *If you want them to become chocolate chip, add cups of choc chips of any variety*

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Cream butter, and both sugars
3. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time
4. Stir in vanilla extract
5. Dissolve baking soda into hot water. Add to batter along with the salt
6. Stir in flour
7. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pan
8. Bake about 10 mins or until edges nearly browned
