This yummy delight presents as a humble roll but soon you will find yourself eating the entire plate. Goes well with almost any idea one can think of, these versatile rolls will satisfy that missing piece from your dinners or snacks. Play with the size of your cutter to be able to use for things from a small turkey sausage to a delicious, juicy turkey burger.

  1. **Start yeast starter to get it activated **
  2. Put the 1/8c oatmilk and water with the tsp sugar and heat to 110f. Put dry yeast into mixture and stir together. Let set for 10mins or until doubled in size)
  3. **Start your base starter**
  4. In your mixing bowl add 1c flour, oil, sugar, cheese, oatmilk and salt.
  5. Whisk together until blended well.
  6. Add activated yeast and two more cups of flour
  7. Mix until you form a ball that pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  8. Form ball and put back into lightly oiled mixing bowl
  9. **Preparing the dough**
  10. After the dough has doubled in size, its time to roll out your dough.
  11. Roll out to 1/4in thickness and using a glass, cut out round discs.
  12. Place round discs on to lined baking sheet, we use aluminum foil.
  13. Place about 2 tsp of shredded cheese to center of discs.
  14. Place another disc on top and mash the edges together.
  15. Wash with egg
  16. Place another 2 tsp of cheese on top and sprinkle with chunky salt
  17. Bake @ 400f for 10-15mins or until golden brown on top
