Vegetarian Taco Salad

Yummy vegetarian taco salad! You can always add meat if you like.

Ingredients

• *You personalize the amount of the ingredients*
• Bag/ package of spring mix
• 1 Can black beans drained and rinsed
• Chopped Roma tomatoes
• 1 Small can of drained corn or fresh corn (add more if you like)
• Chopped red onions
• Chopped avocodo
• 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
• Your choice of shredded cheese
• Tortilla strips
• Whatever seasonings you like, plus salt and pepper
• Sour Cream (optional)
• Lime juice (optional)
• *You can also add meat if desired*

Directions

1. Put greenery down.
2. Add everything else, combine and enjoy!
